DDS Vendor Rate Study
May 15, 2017
Section 4519.8 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, requires the Department of Developmental Services to submit a rate study addressing the sustainability, quality, and transparency of community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Department intends to contract with Burns & Associates to conduct the required rate study.
