The California Affordable Housing Institute

In 1997, the California Affordable Housing Institute (CAAHI) started its mission to obtain affordable and community-integrated housing for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through a $300,000 grant provided by the DDS in 2004/05, the CAAHI provides resource information, technical assistance, networking support, advocacy, and innovative strategies to support further housing projects throughout California. Their efforts will continue to contribute to the sense of community and overall quality of life of our consumers.
