Senate Bill 962 Pilot Project

The University of California, Davis, Center for Human Services, has prepared its "Evaluation of Senate Bill 962 Pilot Project – Final Report." This report to the Legislature was authorized by the passage of Senate Bill 962 and established a licensed residential pilot project, in the community, for adults with developmental disabilities who are medically fragile and require 24/7 licensed nursing supports. The Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs (ARFPSHN), aka 962 Home, was developed specifically to serve the most medically fragile persons previously residing at Agnews Developmental Center.
