Description: The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) proposes to amend Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 3, Subchapter 2, Section 54342, and Subchapter 4.1, Section 56076, to add “family teaching homes” to the responsibilities of Family Home Agencies.
Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Section 54342, and Section 56076.
