Description: The Department of Developmental Services proposes to amend Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 3, SubChapter 2, Article 3, section 54342 and Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 3, SubChapter 7, Article 5, section 57332 to add Behavior Management Technician (Paraprofessional) - Service Code 616.
