Proposed Regulations

Description: The Department of Developmental Services proposes to amend, adopt and repeal California Code of Regulations, title 17, Division 2, Chapter 3, Subchapter 3, Article 1, pertaining to conflicts of interest by board members, employees and others acting on behalf of regional centers.

Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 17, California Code of Regulations, sections 54500, 54505, 54520 through 54535.
