Description: The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) proposes to amend Title 17, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 2, Chapter 2, Sub Chapter 5: Procedural Safeguards.
Affected Regulatory Code Sections: Title 17, California Code of Regulations, sections 52170, 52172 and 52173.
