(Emergency Regulations)
Description: The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) proposes to adopt and amend regulations to: Transfer the Administrative responsibility for the Habilitation Service Program (HSP) from the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to the DDS effective 7/1/04 pursuant to AB 1753.
