Transfer History Information
Effective July 1, 2004, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is responsible for administration of the Habilitation Services Program (HSP) formerly administered by the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). This transfer of responsibility was required by the Fiscal Year 2003-04 Budget Act.
