The Life Outcomes Improvement System (LOIS) is a multi-year effort to replace decades-old technology with a more modern, outcomes-based system. The goal is simple but ambitious. LOIS should be built to:
- Be centered around the person
- Support better decision-making and communication
- Work smoothly for individuals, families, regional centers, and service providers
