In December 2025, a new standardized vendor application process became available in the Provider Directory. Service providers must complete this requirement, called vendorization, to deliver services through a regional center. The new process is designed to make the application process easier, more consistent across regional centers, and fully online.
The Vendorization page on the Department’s website has new tools and resources to support providers through this transition.
What you need to know:
- Starting March 1, 2026, all new vendor applications must be completed in the Provider Directory. See the directive for full details.
- A step-by-step video guide is available to walk providers through the new process.
- A public graphic now shows pending vendor applications by regional center and by stage of review.
