We Want to Hear from You!
Making sure you get the best support from the Department, regional centers, and service providers is important to us. A big change we are working on is creating a new online system for everyone, including you, to manage information, communication, schedules, and provider payments so we can serve you better. It’s called the Life Outcomes Improvement System, or LOIS.
The new system should make it easier for you to work with your regional center and the Department. It could help you to do things like:
- See your information any time, from anywhere
- Share updates and documents with your service coordinator

Soon we will invite people with disabilities, family members, advocates, and anyone who cares about our services to a series of in-person and virtual Town Hall discussions. You can learn about the LOIS project and share what you want to be able to do. We want to hear your ideas!
