Provider Training: Prevention and Wellness

DDS is providing training to Adult Residential Facilities for Persons with Special Health Needs (ARFPSHN), Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH), Family Home Agency (FHA), and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) service providers that are interested in participating in the Quality Incentive Program (QIP) Prevention and Wellness measure.
