Description
The Department received approval for the Emergency Children’s Community Crisis Homes Regulations and is now undertaking the regular rulemaking process to make the regulations permanent with its Certificate of Compliance. Along with the endeavor to file the Certificate of Compliance for the Children’s Community Crisis Homes regulations, the Department wanted to provide consistency by aligning the regulations for Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH) and including them with this rulemaking.

Adopt new Articles 5.5 and 6.5 and new Sections 59060.1, 59060.2, 59060.3, 59060.4, and 59060.5, Subchapter 24, Title 17, CCR, for EBSH.
