Developmental Center Safe-to-Serve Evaluation

The Department of Developmental Services proposes to adopt Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 1, Subchapter 11, pertaining to the Developmental Center Safe-to-Serve Process, which addresses the procedures for determining whether a court-committed individual will be denied admission to a DDS Developmental Center under Welfare and Institutions Code section 6510.5.
