Description
The Department of Developmental Services has amended, adopted and repealed sections in title 17 of the California Code of Regulations. The regulations establish criteria that constitute conflicts of interest, and standard reporting and monitoring requirements that pertain to regional center board members, executive directors, employees, and others acting on behalf of a regional center.
