Description
The Department of Developmental Services proposes to amend, adopt and repeal California Code of Regulations, title 17, Division 2, Chapter 3, Subchapters 4 and 4.2, pertaining to the use of secured perimeters and delayed egress devices in specified Adult Residential Facilities, Group Homes, ICF/DDs, and ICF/DD-Hs.
