AFPF

Parents whose adjusted gross family income is at or above 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL), and who are receiving qualifying services through a regional center for their children ages 0-18, shall be assessed an Annual Family Program Fee.

FCPP

The Family Cost Participation Program (FCPP) is established for the purpose of assessing a cost participation to parents of children who receive three specific regional center services: day care, respite, and/or camping.

The Parental Fee Program assess a monthly fee to parents of regional center consumers under age 18 who receive 24-hour out-of-home care services.
