AFPF

Parents whose adjusted gross family income is at or above 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL), and who are receiving qualifying services through a regional center for their children ages 0-18, shall be assessed an Annual Family Program Fee.

Family Cost Participation Programs

FCPP

(Program Suspended through June 30, 2023)

 

The Family Cost Participation Program (FCPP) is established for the purpose of assessing a cost participation to parents of children who receive three specific regional center services: day care, respite, and/or camping.

Parental Fee Program

PFP

The COVID-19 State of Emergency suspended the Parental Fee Program. The State of Emergency will end on February 28, 2023. 

 

The Department of Developmental Services will correspond with Program eligible parents in early March to begin fee determinations. The Parental Fee Program assesses a monthly fee to parents of regional center consumers under the age of 18 who receive 24-hour out-of-home care services paid for with state funds.
