State law requires the Department to update the definition of “Cost-Effective” by August 1, 2026. We are asking our community including service providers to help inform an updated definition. Join us for a webinar on June 30, 2026, that will explain proposed updates to the definition of “Cost-Effective.” The new definition will be used across all service delivery models, including traditional services, Participant-Directed Services, and the Self-Determination Program.
