- Directives are instructions RCs must follow.
- Program Guidelines are rules RCs must follow for specific programs.
- Guidance documents share details on items RCs are encouraged to do or approaches to consider, but are not mandated.
- Correspondence documents are how the Department shares helpful information with the RCs.
