Are you interested in a career where you can make a difference in the lives of other people?

Join us on December 2, 2026, at 12 p.m. to learn more about the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Internship Program and how you can gain hands-on experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What does the internship look like?

The DSP Internship Program provides an opportunity to:

  • Work 30 hours per week
  • Gain up to three months of paid, hands-on work experience
  • Learn directly from experienced DSPs
  • Build skills that can support a career as a DSP
  • Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship
  • Explore opportunities to continue working as a DSP after completing the internship

During the webinar below, we’ll also discuss who can participate, what to expect during the internship, how to apply, and answer questions from potential interns.
