Uniform Holiday Schedule

On February 13, 2015, a federal court issued a ruling that the Uniform Holiday Schedule requirements, pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code Section 4692, could not be enforced until the state had obtained Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval for the requirements.
