Interactive dashboard monitoring reports
California law (Title 17 section 54327) requires regional centers to share SIRs with the Department.
The Department and regional centers look at and understand common SIR trends:
- Types of incidents
- How incidents change over time
- Who may be at higher risk
The interactive dashboard:
- Lets people explore trends by type of home, age group, or race in California
- Focuses on people who live “out of home”. Most reportable events apply when a person receives vendored care.
- Is updated every three months
