For Fiscal Year 2026-27, the Department assumes responsibility to allocate the federal Part C Early Education funds to Special Education Local Plan Areas (SELPAs) and Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) that support infants and toddlers with solely low-incidence disabilities. For SELPAs and LEAs receiving the Part C, Early Education Program funds, refer to the following documents to complete and submit to the Department by the corresponding dates:
