Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs

Senate Bill 962 established a Department of Social Services licensed and Department of Developmental Services certified residential program, in the community, for adults with developmental disabilities who are medically fragile and require 24/7 licensed nursing supports. The Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs (ARFPSHN), aka 962 Home, was developed specifically to serve the most medically fragile persons previously residing at a Developmental Center.
