Description
The Department of Developmental Services has amended sections in California Code of Regulations, title 17, to reflect the increase in the maximum rates of reimbursement appropriated for in the Governor’s Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-07 for respite services provided under In-home Respite Worker, Service Codes 864, and 869, and Vouchered Respite Service, Service Code 420 to $10.12 per consumer, per hour as a result of the minimum wage increase effective January 1, 2007.
