Description
The Department of Developmental Services has amended section 54342 in title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, Genetic Counselor – service code 800. The changes reflect that a regional center shall classify a vendor as a genetic counselor if the vendor possesses a valid genetic counselor license issued by the State of California. These changes meet the requirements of CCR, title 1, section 100 because the revisions are a “change without regulatory effect.”
