What are Performance Measures?
The Department includes annual performance measures in its contracts with regional centers. As of July 1, 2026, Regional Center Performance Measures (RCPM) have been combined with regional center performance contract requirements. This creates one standard set of indicators and benchmarks that support consistent, high-quality services statewide.
