Below are the complete rate models with detailed information on rates by service code and a summary of rates for each service code by regional center.
Posted rate models include updated cost components as of February 2022. These rates were used to calculate the rate adjustments effective April 1, 2022 and January 1, 2023. Rates for Independent Living Services (Service Codes 520 and 635 ONLY) were updated to reflect rate adjustments for January 2024 and are included in the posted rate models. Finalized rate models that will be effective January 1, 2025, will be updated and posted in the coming weeks.
