Rates for services that are a part of rate reform can be found below in the following two documents by regional center:

- Rates Only – Effective 1/1/25 updated (updated 2/13/25)
The “Complete Rate Models” pdf provides detailed information on rates by service code. This version is as of January 8, 2025.
The “Rates Only – Effective 1/1/25” excel file provides the full rate as of January 1, 2025. It also includes the base rate (90% of the full rate) and QIP (10 % of the full rate). The full rate includes updated state minimum wage and IRS mileage for 2025. These files were updated February 13, 2025.
As of 1/1/25 the following information is applicable to Residential services:
- Effective January 1, 2025 B&C (SSI/SSP) is $1420.07 and P&I is $179.00
