Rates for services that are a part of rate reform can be found below in the following two documents by regional center:

  • Complete Rate Models as of January 2024
  • Rates Only – Effective 1/1/25

The “Complete Rate Models” pdf provides detailed information on rates by service code. This version is as of January 1, 2024. Finalized versions of the complete rate models will be posted by January 1, 2025 with updated information.

The “Rates Only – Effective 1/1/25” excel file provides a summary of rates for each service code. This file shows all revised rates that have gone into effect through the implementation process. This includes the published rate as of January 2020 and then the revised rates as of February 2022, January 2024, July 2024 and January 2025. Please reference the January 2025 column for rates effective beginning January 1, 2025. Note: These rates represent 100% of the fully funded rate models and assume that the full 10% QIP rate increment is being received.
