Rates for services that are a part of rate reform can be found below in the following document by regional center:

The “Complete Rate Models” pdf provides detailed information on rates by service code.

The “Rates Only – Effective 1/1/26” excel file provides the full rate as of January 1, 2026. It also includes the base rate (90% of the full rate) and QIP (10 % of the full rate). The full rate includes updated state minimum wage and IRS mileage for 2026. These files were updated December 31, 2025.

As of 1/1/26 the following information is applicable to Residential services:

• Effective January 1, 2026 B&C (SSI/SSP) is $1444.07 and P&I is $182.00

Burns & Associates, Inc. have also posted a formatted version of the rate models.
