Rates for services that are a part of rate reform can be found below in the following document by regional center:

The “Complete Rate Models” pdf provides detailed information on rates by service code. This version is as of January 12, 2026.

The “Rates Only – Effective 1/1/26” excel file provides the full rate as of January 1, 2026. It also includes the base rate (90% of the full rate) and QIP (10 % of the full rate). The full rate includes updated state minimum wage and IRS mileage for 2026. These files were updated January 15, 2026.

As of 1/1/26 the following information is applicable to Residential services:

• Effective January 1, 2026 B&C (SSI/SSP) is $1444.07 and P&I is $182.00

AB 2423 Rate Model Review

AB 2423, enacted in 2024, requires rate models to be updated and posted every two years starting January 1, 2026. The rate models updated per AB 2423 are not implemented unless they are funded by the Legislature and the Administration.  The department’s review of the rate models is available on the Rate Model Review page.
